I’m Grace Fancher, a fifth-generation Kansas Citian and Realtor licensed in Kansas and Missouri since 2016. I love old homes, thoughtful design, and helping people find a home that fits their lives. My approach is hands-on and personal, with honest advice, clear communication, and plenty of care along the way.

From there, I bring honest guidance, local knowledge, and a hands-on approach to every step. Whether we’re searching for the right neighborhood or getting your home ready to sell, I want you to feel informed, supported, and comfortable being yourself.
Personal Note
Outside of real estate, life is full with my husband, Mark, and our two kids, Will and June. We call Nall Hills home, and I love being part of a neighborhood where we’re building friendships and family traditions. Our annual block party is a highlight of the year, and one of my favorite reminders that feeling at home extends beyond your own front door.
WHAT I LOVE
My favorite part of real estate has always been the people. I love learning what matters to my clients. I want to know how they spend their days, what they love about their current home, and what they’re hoping for next. There’s a matchmaking element to finding the right house, and I enjoy helping people picture the life they could build there. Whether you’re buying your first home, selling a place full of memories, or figuring out your next chapter, I want you to feel comfortable asking questions and confident in your decisions.
